Shipping Information
• Where do you ship to?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
• How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders typically ship within 3 business days. You’ll receive tracking information once your order is on its way. Orders shipped with standard shipping typically arrive within 3-10 business days. Orders shipped with expedited shipping typically arrive within 2-5 business days.
• Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over $80. For orders under $80, standard shipping rates apply.
• My order total is over $80, but I'm not getting free shipping.
Our free shipping offer applies to orders of $80 or more after any discounts or promotions are applied. Please note that applying a discount may lower your order total, which could affect your eligibility for free shipping.
Example:
• Before Discount: If your order totals $85 before applying a discount, it qualifies for free shipping.
• After Discount: If you apply a 10% discount, reducing your order total to $76.50, your order will no longer qualify for free shipping, as the total is now below the $80 threshold.
Make sure your order total remains $80 or more after any discounts to enjoy free shipping.
• Which carriers do you use for shipping?
We ship via USPS and UPS, and tracking is provided for all orders.
Returns & Exchanges
• What is your return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the print must be returned in saleable condition, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Are there any items that can’t be returned?
Custom orders are non-returnable and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Custom Orders
• Do you offer custom sizes?
Yes, we offer custom sizes upon request. For a quote, please reach out via our contact page.
• How long do custom orders take?
Custom orders may take up to two weeks to process.
Product Details
• What materials are used for your prints?
We use heavyweight (10 mil) archival-grade matte textured paper and archival giclee inks for a high-quality finish.
• How should I care for my prints?
To ensure the longevity of your prints, avoid placing them in direct sunlight and handle them carefully when framing.
• Do your prints come framed?
Currently, all prints are unframed.
Sustainability
• How do you contribute to environmental sustainability?
At Studio Cin Cin, we’re committed to mindful production practices that reduce waste and support the environment. We recycle all paper and ink cartridges used in our printing process and implement strategies to minimize waste in our studio. Additionally, for every order placed, we donate to One Tree Planted to plant one tree. It’s our way of giving back to the planet while helping you create a beautiful, sustainable space.
Payments & Taxes
• What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods available at checkout. This may include credit cards, PayPal, and other standard payment options.
• Do you charge sales tax?
Yes, sales tax is applied to all regions as required by law.
Artwork & Availability
• How often do you release new prints?
New prints are released monthly, so be sure to check back often to see what’s new.
• Will out-of-stock prints be restocked?
Some prints may be restocked depending on demand. If you’re interested in an out-of-stock print, feel free to contact us for availability.
Order Changes & Cancellations
• Can I change or cancel my order?
Since orders typically ship within 3 business days, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate, but once an order is shipped, we’re unable to make changes or cancellations.
Gifting Options
• Do you offer gift wrapping or notes with orders?
While we don’t currently offer gift wrapping, we’re happy to include a personalized note with your order. Simply leave your message in the notes section during checkout.
Packaging
• How are the prints packaged?
All prints are carefully packaged in protective materials to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Depending on the size, they may be shipped in a sturdy tube or flat mailer.
Damaged Items
• What if my print arrives damaged?
If your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will work to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
Digital Downloads
• Do you offer digital downloads?
We do not offer digital downloads. Our focus is on providing high-quality, physical prints.
