Returns and Exchanges
At Studio Cin Cin, we want you to love your new art prints! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help make it right. Please review our returns and exchanges policy below:
Standard Prints
We gladly accept returns and exchanges on all standard, non-custom prints within 30 days of your order’s delivery date, as long as the item is returned in its original, saleable condition.
Returns Process
- To initiate a return, please email us at hello@studiocincin.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your print.
- Return Shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your print is returned safely.
- Once we receive and inspect the print, we will process your refund (minus original shipping costs) to your original payment method.
Exchanges
- We are happy to exchange prints for different sizes or designs within 30 days of delivery.
- Simply email us at hello@studiocincin.com with your order number and the desired exchange item.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping, but we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.
Custom Orders
All custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, as they are created specifically for you. Please allow up to two weeks for custom prints to be processed before shipping.
Damaged or Defective Prints
If your print arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@studiocincin.com with photos of the damage, and we will replace your print at no additional cost. We want to ensure you receive the perfect piece of art!
Additional Details
- All returns and exchanges must be in original, saleable condition, and prints must be packaged carefully to avoid damage during shipping.
- Studio Cin Cin is not responsible for items lost during return shipping. We strongly recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance.
