Return and Refund Policy
At Studio Cin Cin, we want you to love your new art prints! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges on all prints within 21 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unframed, and in its original packaging. Custom prints are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Return Process
To start a return or exchange, please contact us at hello@studiocincin.com with your order number and details about the return. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back to us.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damages and Issues
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
